Raja Ampat Yacht Broker is a specialist maritime brand and digital platform under Juara Holding Group, focused on yacht and dive liveaboard brokerage across Raja Ampat and West Papua. Brokerage, central agency and charter marketing contracts are issued by PT Komodo Bahari Nusantara.

What this desk is

A narrow, deliberately geographic brokerage. We work one archipelago — Sorong, Waisai, Wayag, the Dampier Strait, Misool and the West Papua coast — and four vessel classes that actually trade there. Depth in one cruising ground is more useful to a buyer than a global listings database that cannot answer a question about permits in the Raja Ampat marine park.

How the ecosystem is contracted

Juara Holding Group runs an integrated maritime ecosystem in which the commercial roles are separated on purpose:

Separate contracts, separate fees, separate ledgers. It matters because the party advising you on a vessel’s condition should not be the party invoicing the repair, and the party marketing a charter should not be the one signing off its own maintenance. The wider ecosystem is part of the Komodo Luxury maritime ecosystem.

What we do

  1. Represent buyers. Shortlist, inspect, structure and close — see yachts for sale.
  2. Represent sellers. Single-mandate central agency with one price story — see sell your yacht.
  3. Place charters. Guests and agents onto vessels the desk knows — see charter.
  4. Broker whole operations. Vessel, company, permits and bookings — see charter businesses for sale.
  5. Manage vessels. Technical, crew, compliance and commercial oversight — see management.

What we deliberately do not do

We do not write our own survey reports, we do not build boats, and we do not operate marinas or shipyards. Independent inspection is referred out so that the report answers to the buyer alone. New-build enquiries go to the yards that build phinisi as their core trade. That separation is the reason our opinion on a hull is worth reading.

How we write

Editorial content on this site is published under the Raja Ampat Yacht Broker Desk byline. It is a desk, not a persona: the organisation is the author, no fictional experts are invented, and no credential is claimed that cannot be evidenced. Prices are quoted in USD. This site carries no advertised price reductions, no ratings and no testimonials.

Coverage

Geographic detail by area is on the coverage page. New buyers should begin with the foreign buyer’s guide.

Talk to the broker desk. Tell us the vessel type, the cruising ground and the budget band in USD, and we will come back with what is genuinely available and what it will take to close.

Frequently asked questions

Who contracts with me when I buy through this desk?

Brokerage, central agency, charter marketing and commercial representation contracts are issued by PT Komodo Bahari Nusantara. Management contracts are issued by PT Komodo Vessel Management. Construction, repair, refit and vessel-sale contracts are issued by PT Komodo Galangan Nusantara. Separate contracts, separate fees, separate ledgers.

Do you publish customer reviews or ratings?

No. This site carries no star ratings, no testimonials and no award claims. Everything stated here is either verifiable or presented explicitly as method rather than as a result.

Do you also survey boats, build boats or run marinas?

No. Independent surveys are referred to marinesurveyindonesia.com, new phinisi construction to the Sulawesi yards, and berthing and yard work to the relevant specialist desks. Keeping those roles separate is what makes the brokerage advice worth having.
